Visit the Tiffany store of your choice, making sure to bring your watch’s Warranty Certificate. You may also contact Customer Service on 00 800 2000 1122 or via email. Once you have left your watch with us, a Tiffany specialist will identify the specific services that need to be performed. You will be given an estimate and date of completion. Service will be undertaken once you have accepted the terms of that estimate.
