Tiffany & Co. offers complimentary shipping for any item that you’d like to return. Simply click here for TCO Returns RSC to print out a shipping label. Then drop off your package at the nearest UPS or FedEx location, depending on which label you receive.
Articles are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. if returned in saleable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Some exclusions may apply. Fragrance must be returned in its original packaging (including water seal stickers) and in saleable condition.
A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. Cash refunds are not available for returns made at retail locations. To return or exchange your gift selection, please follow the instructions included with your package.

Verified by Visa
Verified by Visa is free to Visa cardholders and was developed to help prevent unauthorized use of Visa cards online.
Verified by Visa protects Visa cards with personal passwords, giving cardholders reassurance that only they can use their Visa cards online.
Once your card is activated, your card number will be recognized whenever it's used at participating online stores. A Verified by Visa window will automatically appear, and your visa card issuer will ask for your password. You will enter your password to verify your identity and complete your purchase. At stores that are not participating in Verified by Visa yet, your Visa card will continue to work as usual.
American Express Safekey®
American Express SafeKey® is an online authentication service that provides an additional layer of security against theft and fraud when buying goods and services online at participating SafeKey® retailers using your American Express® Card.
When you shop online, SafeKey® will pop up in your internet browser and prompt you to enter either your pre-defined password or a unique one-time security code that would be sent to you via text/email. For further information please refer to your card provider.
Mastercard® SecureCode™
MasterCard® SecureCode™ is a new service from MasterCard and your card issuer that provides added protection when you buy online. There is no need to get a new MasterCard or Maestro® card. You choose your own personal MasterCard SecureCode™ and it is never shared with any merchant. A private code means added protection agaisnt against unauthorized use of your credit or debit card when you shop online.
Every time your pay online with your MasterCard or Maestro card a box pops up from your card issuer asking you for your personal SecureCode, just like the bank does at the ATM. In seconds, your card issuer confirms it is you and allows your purchase to be completed.

Delivery Times & Rates
Repair pricing varies based on the type of product, material and/or gemstone. Our experts will assess your piece and the work required, sending you a summary via email, including any applicable charges that require your approval.
Following this, the work will typically be completed in 21 days before contacting you for any necessary payment and/or returning your serviced item to you.

- Gold and platinum repairs start at €150
