What are the delivery times and rates?

Standard Delivery

Delivery is complimentary for all orders. Please allow 3 working days, and an additional 5 working days for delivery of standard engraved items and an extra 10 working days for hand-engraved and monogrammed items. 

 

Engraving

Please allow an additional 5 working days for delivery of standard engraved items and an extra 10 working days for hand engraved and monogrammed items.

Please note that we are not able to accept any personalised or engraved items for refund or exchange.

 

You may verify the status of your order and delivery by contacting our Client Care Centre on 1800 946 137. Our hours of business are Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 6 pm; closed on weekends and Public Holidays in the UK.
