What is the Tiffany & Co. Return/Exchange Policy?

Tiffany & Co. Online Return Policy:

  • Returns may be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.​
  • We are please to offer a complimentary returns and exchange service.​
  • To return your order, simply visit Returns to print out a shipping label and then arrange for a collection or alternatively drop off your package at the nearest UPS location.​
  • To return your order, simply visit Returns and follow the steps provided on our partner’s site. Choose between a return or an exchange, and select the return method that best suits you.
  • Merchandise purchased online, will be available for refund or exchange providing it is returned in the same saleable condition as when purchased, and accompanied by the original sales receipt. ​
  • Fragrance must be returned in its original packaging (including seal sticker) and in saleable condition.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender and will be processed within 10 working days of the return. ​
     

​Kindly note that Tiffany & Co. does not accept exchanges or refunds on personalised items. Additionally, please note that “Online Only” items cannot be returned to stores.
